Urban Exhibition Spine | Nicosia, Cyprus

The project is organized around a central civic plaza and a continuous pedestrian spine that connects the main exhibition hall, multipurpose spaces, working areas, administration, accommodation, services, parking, and landscaped public zones. The design treats the complex as a small urban campus rather than a single isolated building. A strong horizontal exhibition volume defines the main identity of the project through its corten-like façade, triangular glazing rhythm, deep roof overhangs, and transparent public edges. In contrast, the vertical glass tower acts as an urban landmark, balancing the low exhibition mass and giving the project a clear presence within its context. Public movement, shaded thresholds, green buffers, courtyards, and open plazas shape the visitor experience. The architectural language combines exposed concrete, rust-toned metal cladding, clear glass, dark steel frames, timber soffits, and integrated landscape to create a contemporary environment for exchange,

A conceptual Trade & Exhibition Center designed as an urban campus organized around a civic heart and pedestrian spine. The project combines exhibition halls, public plazas, working areas, administration, accommodation, services, and parking within a unified architectural composition defined by corten metal, exposed concrete, glass façades, shaded walkways, and landscaped courtyards.
