Levent Mixed-Use High-Rise is a conceptual architectural design proposal located in one of Istanbul’s most valuable urban corridors, near Büyükdere Street and Kanyon AVM in Levent. Originally developed as an academic design studio project, the proposal went through a complete architectural process, starting from field visits and urban analysis to program development, structural thinking, parking strategy, basement planning, landscape design, and final architectural representation. The project responds to the high density and complex urban character of Levent by introducing a mixed-use development composed of three high-rise towers connected through an active public podium. The design combines commercial, cultural, social, and working spaces, including retail areas, workshops, cafés, an art gallery, auditorium, and open public spaces.
