Levent Mixed-Use High-Rise is a conceptual architectural proposal located in Levent, Istanbul, on a prominent triangular site opposite Kanyon AVM. The project explores how a dense high-rise development can remain open, public, and connected to the city. Developed through site visits and urban analysis, the design responds to pedestrian movement, traffic, surrounding building heights, and the commercial character of Levent. The proposal features three towers rising from a mixed-use podium organized around a central public courtyard. The podium includes retail, cafés, workshops, cultural spaces, landscaped terraces, and public gathering areas. A basement parking system separates vehicle and pedestrian circulation, keeping the ground level active and walkable. A faceted canopy roof unifies the towers, podium, and courtyard, creating a strong architectural identity. The project represents a complete academic design process, including site analysis, massing development, program planning,
