The design combines light plaster surfaces, textured stone, warm timber elements, shaded balconies, and controlled glazing to create a sophisticated family residence with a strong street presence. Integrated lighting, landscaped edges, and carefully composed vertical screens enhance the villa’s modern Gulf identity while maintaining a welcoming and elegant residential atmosphere.
