The main concept was to create a private family residence where multiple family members can live together in one building while maintaining comfortable private units. The design focuses on functional residential planning, a modern facade language, natural lighting, balconies, greenery, and warm material combinations suitable for a high-end residential area in Cairo.

Program: Private family apartments, shared ground-floor spaces, living and dining areas, kitchens, bedrooms, service rooms, bathrooms, balconies, vertical circulation, elevator, parking area, landscaped outdoor edges

The project was designed to accommodate one extended family within a single building, combining private residential units with shared ground-floor spaces. The design focuses on functional planning, contemporary facade composition, warm material tones, balconies, greenery, and a comfortable living environment suited for a high-end residential neighborhood.
