Twin Private Villas | Jeddah, KSA

Located in Al Basateen, Jeddah, along Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea coast, the project presents two horizontally mirrored private villas designed for one family. The design was visually updated with a refined minimalist approach that respects the original layout and proportions while enhancing the façade identity, material expression, and overall presentation quality. The architectural language focuses on clean geometric masses, warm natural textures, vertical wooden shading screens, light stone surfaces, and soft integrated lighting. The main street-facing façade was carefully treated to balance openness and privacy, creating a contemporary residential character that feels calm, authentic, and connected to the natural spirit of the coastal Saudi context.
